SUBMISSION GUIDE

  • 1. Order & Fill Submission Form

    After purchasing your order you'll be prompted to fill in the submission form.
    We've streamlined it to make it as simple as possible, Just add the cards you're grading and click submit!

    You can also access it here,
    or from our menu.

  • 2. Prepare Cards

    Before sending your cards for grading, place each card in a penny sleeve, then insert them into Top Loaders or Semi-Rigid Card Protectors.
    Adding tabs to the sleeves is optional but recommended.

    Make sure your cards are packed securely before shipping.

    Quick Tip: If you’re unsure, there are plenty of tutorials from experienced collectors available on YouTube.

  • 3. Shipping

    Be sure to include your order number with your package found in the order confirmation email received after making your order (e.g. ACGXXXX)

    Once packaged, simply ship your cards to us, and we'll handle the rest.

OUR PROCESS

Every card at ACG goes through a multi-stage evaluation process designed for accuracy, fairness, and collector confidence. Our process combines AI analysis, advanced magnification, and sophisticated lighting techniques to ensure precise grading.

We evaluate trading cards across the four standard metrics: surface, corners, centering & edges.

The overall grade is determined by averaging the four subgrades. Surface is the most critical factor in a card’s overall aesthetic, so a low surface grade may influence the final grade in line with industry standards.

Once the grade is determined, we then proceed to the encapsulation area which utilizes multiple HEPA filters to maintain a pure and clean environment.

At ACG, we use a half-grade scale to provide precise, accurate evaluations of every card.

If a card achieves a perfect 10 in all four subgrades, it is awarded our rare and prestigious ACG Diamond Label. All other cards are presented in our Premium Black Label, offering high-quality grading that’s achievable for everyday collectors.
